The team at BeBetter Mentorship is excited to welcome Wiyaala as an ambassador for the program. We are delighted at her commitment to support girls to achieve their dreams and chart their own pathways in life.
The Ghanaian singer and multiple award winner has exhibited her passion for girls through her advocacy for issues such as child marriage and her work with the Girls and Boys club which she set up in her hometown, Funsi, in the Upper West region of Ghana.
Wiyaala is an embodiment of hard work, empowerment and courage and she’s committed to giving back to society. We believe she is a role model to girls everywhere and her support for BeBetter Mentorship program buttresses the fact that she believes in gender equity. Yvonne has over 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has worked at Create Change Ghana as the Girls Education Program Officer. Before that, she was a fellow in the Lead For Ghana leadership development program. Working with students and parents in deprived communities in both of these roles, she has developed leadership, community and advocacy skills that enables her to contribute to initiatives on poverty alleviation, access to education and opportunities for children. She holds Masters of Arts in Gender and development.
As founder of BeBetter Mentorship, Yvonne leads in fundraising, mentor-mentee matchings, curriculum development and strategizing for organizational growth

Elvis is a Supply Chain/Warehouse and Project Management practitioner. He is a Teach for Ghana alumni and has 5 years of experience in community volunteering. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing MSC in Logistics and Supply Chain.
His role at Bebetter Mentorship involves resource management, administration and public relations.

Justice is a technology enthusiast who specializes in Network and Systems engineering, Cloud Infrastructure Administration, Network Security, IT Infrastructure Management, Web Development and Digital Marketing.
His role at BeBetter Mentorship involves taking care of everything technology related.

Emily is passionate about community development and has managed a variety of impactful projects, including the construction of a sustainable school canteen in an under-resourced community in Ghana.
She holds a Master of Arts in international development.
Emily’s expertise brings together key players from the field of education and development, and ensures that the organization is fundamentally well placed to achieve its strategic goals.

Kofi is an investment professional who has advised various clients, retail and corporate, and has managed a portfolio of about ₵100m. He also boasts of a mid-level management experience in the investment industry. He is motivated to bring about financial and social inclusion.
He is currently a candidate for the level 1 CFA program.
At BeBetter, Kofi leads the team to ensure prudent financial management.

Selorm is a project management practitioner with over 5 years relevant experience in the non-profit, entrepreneurship and agricultural sectors, working across Africa. He possesses great competencies in research, volunteer management, business development, risk management, project development and implementation. Selorm holds a first degree in integrated development Studies and is a current postgraduate and MBA candidate.
His role at BeBetter Mentorship involves mentors and mentees recruitment, mentor training and logistical support.
